Indication:
I operate on patients’ ears from the age of seven, but many people also have it done at an adult age.
Treatment:
There are many different techniques which are more or less effective. My technique allows the ears to be pinned back without creating abnormal contours and gives a natural result.
No one will be able to tell that the ears have undergone surgery.
In conclusion:
This is a minor operation that can be performed under local or general anaesthetic.
The results:
Case No. 1:
In this little girl, the defect is mostly due to the pinna of the ear which is not folded.
Case No. 2:
The ears can be very asymmetrical. In this case even the lobes were pinned back.
Case No. 3:
Large ears. It is particularly the middle of the ear that is too large. Very natural result.
